MetroE Mobility Hub LLP do not refund any ride Amounts which are used or utlised.


Cancellation chargers are nill but taxes levied will not be returned, the value is subject to update anytime.


If Account has been credited wrongly or any other reason please mail to info@metroemobilityhubllp.com . or Use the app to raise a dispute.


After dispute closure, MetroE Mobility Hub LLP will credit the wallet balance to the app.


If user wants to transfer balance from Wallet to new account, They can contact support for the Request of wallet transfer with Account Details.
